ITINERARY

Day 1:                           
Arrival
After arriving in Berlin, your chauffeur will welcome you at the airport or train station gate and transport you to your hotel. After hotel check-in, you might want to take a first stroll through the German capital with its numerous sights as e.g. Alexanderplatz, Berlin`s most famous square with the World Time Clock and the Fernsehturm (TV tower) Alex, with a height of 368m the city`s highest building, offering a tremendous view from its panoramic floor; Berlin Cathedral, former court church of Prussia`s royal family, the Hohenzollern; the medieval quarter Nikolaiviertel; the world heritage Museum Island, uniting five important museum buildings into a harmonic ensemble on the river Spree; Berlin Town Hall, official seat of the mayor, which is colloquially known as the “Red Town Hall”; the Gendarmenmarkt, generally regarded as one of the most beautiful squares in Europe; as well as legendary Checkpoint Charlie, the former border crossing point between East and West Berlin.

Day 2:                               
Berlin City Tour   
After breakfast, your guide is awaiting you for a sightseeing tour through Berlin to see the Federal Chancellery Bundeskanzleramt, one of the most impressive pieces of architecture in the new government precinct; the Reichstag, Berlin`s most popular sight and seat of the German federal government; Brandenburg Gate, the symbol of the once divided city; as well as the new center of Berlin, Potsdamer Platz. The afternoon is open for your own explorations. How about a visit  to Berlin`s green heart, the Tiergarten with the Siegessäule, reflecting the city`s history in a remarkable way; to the Memorial Church Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedaechtniskirche, or to the most popular boulevard Kurfürstendamm. Here will have the opportunity for a shopping excursion through the numerous stores along the Kurfurstendamm or to conclude this day in any of the near restaurants, clubs or pubs.

Day 3:                           
Departure
After a rich breakfast, your chauffeur will transfer you to the airport or train station. You will return home with many memorable impressions of the German capital.
